James Baker Photography has been photographing weddings for several years and no wedding is really too small, or too intimate in size or dream, so lets us put a package together for you that meets your needs.

Wedding Photo Packages and Services

1- Hour package with a proof CD $275.00

1- Hour package with 4x6 album $375.00

1- Hour package with Full resolution CD $475.00

1- Hour package with 4x6 album and Full resolution CD $575.00

1- Hour package with 4x6 album, Full resolution CD and a DVD playable disk of your images

put to you favorite music. $775.00

If one hour is not enough, extra hours are available for $125.00 for each needed hour. If you have already paid for a package and extra time is needed, your remaining balances will be due prior to your receiving of your wedding pictures. Photos are ready within one week of your wedding. Custom packages are available upon request.

Officiant Wedding Services

Need a wedding Officiant? James Baker offers Officiant Wedding Services provided by Sun-Touched Weddings. Michael Howard is a State Licensed Notary and has preformed weddings in the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral areas. Services start at $125.00 which includes the ceremony and all filing fees. Wedding services can be personalized with your own vows or readings, or add a sand ceremony to your wedding to create a personal remembrance of your wedding day. Arches, flowers, and sand ceremony can be added for an additional fee.

TERMS

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and time. If in the event that your wedding is postponed, your retainer maybe used for another date if available. If James Baker is booked for the new date, James Baker reserves the right to fulfill your new date with another photographer. However, James Baker will do everything possible to complete your contract as agreed and arranged. If in the event of a cancellation, James Baker reserves the right to withhold any and all refunds.

Any balances that remain after the wedding must be paid in full prior to the receiving of wedding portraits.

Prices do not reflect Florida sales tax which is currently 6%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Weather:

James Baker Photography can not be responsible for any reason due to weather conditions or other weather related issues that effect the quality of your wedding or wedding photographs. In the event of rain and the concern of the cameras electronics, James Baker reserves the right to stop photographing the wedding in the rain or other adverse weather until clearing conditions occur, or a secondary wedding location is secured. In the event of rain or other adverse weather condition, James Baker Photography will do its best to complete your wedding package as contracted without the need for charging overtime.
